How do the clothes fit?


Generally, the t-shirts and hoodies are an oversized fit. Each product has its own size guide which can be found within the product description. For an extra oversized fit, I would recommend sizing up.




The product has sold out of my size. Will there be a restock?


Some of the items will be restocked based on customer demand, however, some of the items will be limited collections. Once a product has sold out, the site will be updated with restock dates where applicable.




How do I shop ODYN collective?


You can only shop via the website. Simply find the products you would like, add them to the basket & check out!




How do I know my order has been placed?


Shortly following your purchase, you should receive a confirmation email with the order details.




When will my order be delivered?


Orders placed before 3pm (GMT) will be shipped the next working day. UK items are shipped via Royal Mail, 48hr Tracked delivery so should arrive within 3 working days (weekends & public holidays excluded). During busy periods this time may be extended so please allow up to 5 working days.




I haven't received my order. What do I do?


Oh no! I am very sorry to hear this. Luckily, all our items are sent tracked/signed for so I will be able to see where your good are. Please complete the contact form on the Get in Touch page and I will look to assist.




An item is missing from my order. What do I do?


My apologies in advance if this ever happens! Please use the contact form on the Get in Touch page and I will ensure this is sorted for you.




I ordered the wrong size, can i swap it?


To do this, you must either re-order the item again in a different size* and return the incorrect one requesting a refund on the return slip, or you can return the item requesting an exchange on the return slip* *subject to availability




An item is faulty, can I get a refund or exchange?


So sorry that your item has arrived faulty. Before all products are sent out, I check them to ensure they are not damaged. If this does happen, please complete the contact form on the Get in Touch page and we will look to resolve this. We will look to refund or exchange genuine faulty items.




Are returns free?


Currently, we are unable to offer free returns. You will need to pay for the cost of this yourself. However, if you request an exchange on the return slip, you will not be required to pay for the redelivery. Full details can be found on the Shipping & Returns page.
