Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer free returns. These must be paid for by yourself.

If you need to return an item, please submit a request on the contact form on the sites "Get in Touch" page specifying you need to return an item.

We will only accept returns received within 28 days of receipt of the goods.

We will only accept return of items which are:

- unworn, unused & unwashed

- all tags/labels in tack

- no staining or marks (including make-up & fake tan) & in a re-sellable condition

Once I have received and inspected the return, you will receive an email to notify you that your item has been received & is being processed.

Refunds:

Payment will be credited back via the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for this from the date we receive the returned item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item, please specify this on the return slip. The new item* will be sent out the next working day after receiving the returned goods.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
